If you usually work with Natural Gas but have a requirement to carry out work on LPG systems or appliances we can help. This short course will convert all of your Natural Gas qualifications into their LPG counterparts with a straightforward 'changeover' assessment. A short refresher training course (coupled with your experience) will prepare you for this assessment; we cover all the differences between the two fuels and the different tightness testing techniques.

Duration: 2 days Training & Assessment (ACS code CONGLP1)

If your original qualifications are for LPG we can convert those to Natural Gas versions, as detailed above

Duration: 3 days Training & Assessment (ACS code COLPNG1)

Once a candidate has attained a gas safety 'core' additional 'bolt on' modules may be added, check above for what's available, ask for details of available training.

We are able to offer new entrants to the gas industry bespoke training and assessment courses; utilising Logic Certification's Accredited Prior Learning qualification which is recognised by CORGI as a pre-qualification for entering the ACS scheme.

We offer courses in Natural Gas and LPG.

Natural Gas

Requires the candidate to be working with gas and be able to build up an auditable gas work record and complete an APL portfolio under the supervision of a CORGI registered operative.

LPG

We approach this course quite differently and are able to offer a full programme to the candidate, including hands-on gas work experience, completion of the APL portfolio all under the supervision of our own CORGI registered engineer/trainer. This course is 100% suitable for Holiday Home Parks and Residential Parks. This course is available on-site anywhere in the UK where a host park is available.

We also offer the same LPG course as above for operatives currently working with gas and able to build up their own auditable gas work record and complete an APL portfolio under the supervision of a CORGI registered operative.
